We offer a structured guarantee that stands confidently behind our work while honoring the natural life of your piece. Your piece is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This covers issues such as structural failures (e.g., broken clasps, solder joint failures) or stone setting defects under conditions of normal wear.

Should a defect surface in your product, reach out to us at support@boyozu.com. Include the original purchase receipt or the authenticity serial number (found on the inside of the jewelry box) and a photo of the damaged item. Upon approval, we will either:

  • Ship you a replacement
  • Offer repair services free of charge, depending on the damage

Under the warranty program, the customer is responsible for purchasing the shipping label for the replacement or repair (detailed instruction will be provided via email. In the event of an item being sold out or discontinued, a store credit will be issued instead.)

This warranty applies to all gold vermeil and sterling silver jewelry from BOY OZU. Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, peeling, bending on the jewelry, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, contact with swimming pools, hot tubs, saltwater, bathing…etc.)
  • Loss or detachment of gemstones or components due to normal wear and tear
  • Damage incurred due to rough handling, such as pulling or tugging
