Shipping policy

We offer COMPLIMENTARY Standard Tracked Shipping for all orders within Canada and the United States.

For all USA orders, tariffs and duties are handled by OZU. However, for orders shipped from Canada to other countries, additional customs fees may apply upon delivery. 

We strive to keep international shipping costs affordable, however please understand that we have no control over your country’s import fees including duties, taxes and VAT fees. This is the responsibility of the customer depending on their region. We sincerely apologize and hope you understand.

For Canadian Orders:

  • Express Premium Tracking (2-4 business days): $10 Flat rate

For USA Orders: 

 

  • Standard Tracked Shipping (5-8 business days): Complimentary
  • Express Premium Tracking (2-4 business days): $10 Flat rate

 

**For all U.S. orders, we provide complimentary customs clearance shipped 'Delivered Duty Paid' (DDP). The price at checkout represents your final cost, with all import tariffs and brokerage fees fully covered by us.

 

For International Orders:

 

  • International Passport Tracking (6-12 business days): $18 Flat rate

 

** Please keep in mind the estimated days are based on estimations for metropolitan areas. Rural areas may take 1-3 days longer.

 

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. However, please allow extra time during holidays or periods of high demand. We will keep you informed if there are any delays.

Once orders are shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

Please make sure you address your packages to a secure location. Once a package is handed over to a carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for its delivery. If your package is lost, stolen, or goes missing during transit or after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier to file a report immediately and notify us at info@boyozu.com.
