WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship directly from our humble studio in Toronto, Canada. 🍁

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

We currently offer FREE complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Canada & the US!

For Canadian orders:

  • Standard Tracked (3-5 business days): Free
  • Express Tracked (2-4 business days): $10

For USA orders: 

  • USPS Standard Tracked (4-6 business days): Free
  • USPS Express Tracked (2-4 business days): $10

For International orders:

  • International Tracked (6-12 business days): $15

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, plus shipping time. An email shipping notification will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our studio!

Heads up! When the holidays and busy periods hit, there may be some delays in processing & shipping times. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Head to "My Orders" in your account to review your order status.

Don't have an account? No worries! Create an account now with the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders" when you log in.

Tracking numbers are also automatically sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped. Keep an eye out! 👀

CAN I CANCEL OR UPDATE MY ORDER?

Please contact our customer care team at customercare@boyozu.com as soon as possible! We will do our best to cancel or update your order as long as it has not been processed. Please note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?

Please e-mail our customer care team at customercare@boyozu.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you!

In the unlikely event that a package is lost during transit, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we would be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost. Please keep in mind, we are not responsible for parcels once a proof of delivery is generated. We also recommend contacting your local postal service to open an investigation.
