WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 30 days to fall in love with our product from the time the transport company delivers your order. Buuut...if it's just not working out, please see below our return conditions and exceptions:

  • Returned items must be unworn, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging
  • Due to health and safety reason, all earrings are final sale (we accept returns on ear cuffs)
  • Returns will be shipped at the buyer's expense (we recommend using tracked shipping as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost/stolen in transit)
  • Items shipped after the indicated return window will not be accepted
  • We have the right to reject unauthorized returns or returns that don't meet our conditions

Please note that all refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After we receive and examine your return, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, subject to your financial institution's processing time. Items showing signs of wear or damage will be sent back to the customer.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?

We're happy to offer a 30-day exchange policy for items in their original, unworn condition (with the exception of earrings).

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages during transit.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM.
